Materials Needed
Fresh flowers - try using full flowers and dissected Petals and leaves
A Thick book: I used a sketchbook (new) about one inch thick
Paper Towels or parchment paper
Weighty Books, bricks or a big rock
I just opened up small whole flowers and press them flat
