Acrylic Paint Pen Reviews: POSCA paint pens. Worth The Money? Sorry....

Happy Monday! Hard to believe July is half over already and still many of us are under self quarantine life. Yes, we know many have been trying to find their new normal among this unknown nemesis, but many of us are vulnerable and must be over protective, trying to avoid all respiratory illnesses. Thankfully, God is in charge and that means I get to make art and try out new art supplies instead of worrying about illnesses possibilities. Okay, no more Covid talk. It's just part of our new reality. So let's learn what we can do to enjoy time within our 4 walls. Well, hopefully you get outside to inhale some fresh air too. Now, I sound like my dear mom. 'Get some fresher Anita!!"

I have been promising some paint pen reviews and finally after swatching out and photographing and filming, then editing and waiting an hour to upload the short video below, voila! My first review is of the most expensive paint pens I have seen, POSCA. Click here to see the exact link I used to buy these. Which I do not recommend. Watch to see why not. The rest of the reviews to come, will be of affordable paint pens. You won't be disappointed. For now, drumroll please...

Acrylic Paint Pen Project - Decorating A Frame

Hi fellow creatives And Artists! Yes, I am working on my up coming Acrylic Paint Pen Reviews. Since my first paint pen review, I have acquired from Amazon, about 8 brands in total. All are affordable except the POSCA pens that are all over YouTube. It made me feel a tad queasy spending $113 Canadian for 24 of their fine tipped pens. But I  thought since finding reviews on all the other brads I have are fairly scarce, but plenty on POSCA, I thought I'd better have a higher end pen to compare with. Apparently Posca pens are even used by wall mural painters! All I know is so far the set I received had a negative first, then second impression. Find out soon what on earth I mean!

Watch Decorate A Frame Video BELOW!
Today, I wanted to share bits and bobs of a few clips I took while decorating the wooden fram of a mini chalk board. You can decorate a lot of things with paint pens, so come and be inspired to try. If you don't want or have pain pens, you can totally use a paint brush, a dotting tool and paint, acrylic or oil. Remember Acrylic always dries very fast!!
